Steve Kramer is a Princeton, New Jersey pianist, music teacher and former member of the new  Artie Shaw band.  According to his website biography, his performing credits include playing for Broadway, the Ice Capades, and for such notable performers as Mel Torme. He has also performed with such Trentonians as Clifford Adams and RIchie Cole.

He credits his  Trenton High School music teachers, Thomas Grice and Thomas Passarella, with helping him develop the chops to be a performer. In an April 27, 2016 Town Topics interview, Kramer said at Trenton High, he often got passes to go to the music room. “…Mr. Passarella and Mr. Grice would work with me. They were so great. They were very, very encouraging to young musicians.”
